Platform

From sensor data to alerts, diagnostic reports, deployment options and data access.

How the platform works

Your whole plant, in view. Alarms, trends, spectra and reports, all in one place, on web and mobile.

  1. 1

    Sensors

DHMSCare sensors bond to your machines and stream vibration, temperature and speed.

  2. 2

    Gateway

A gateway collects every sensor nearby and uploads the data to the cloud.

  3. 3

    Cloud platform

The cloud platform stores and organises the data, machine by machine.

  4. 4

    Automatic analysis

The platform analyses each machine automatically and turns the data into alarms and reports.

  5. 5

    Web and mobile

You read the alarms, trends and reports on your computer and your phone, and decide with your team.

What you see on the platform

Raw waveforms and spectra

Yes. DHMSCare keeps the raw vibration waveforms and spectra, the frequency breakdown of a vibration signal, so your reliability engineer can examine them alongside the AI's conclusions. Waveform analysis tools come with the Care, AI Care and AI Care Plus plans, with an advanced toolkit on AI Care and AI Care Plus.

No spectrum reading needed

No. DHMSCare reads the spectra for you and explains each fault in plain language, so no in-house vibration engineer is required. Each conclusion comes with its evidence and a recommended maintenance action, and AI fault diagnosis is included in the AI Care and AI Care Plus plans.

Your own thresholds

Yes. Your team can set and edit the alert thresholds for any measuring point in DHMSCare. When DHMSCare's AI suggests a new threshold, your team accepts or rejects it, so no threshold changes without your say.

Alert levels

DHMSCare alerts come in three levels: critical, warning and notice. Critical means check the machine as soon as you can, warning means plan a check at the next convenient stop, and notice means something to keep watching, with no action needed yet.

How alerts reach you

DHMSCare sends alerts by app push and email, and by text message (SMS) where local telecom rules allow it. App notifications come with every plan, and the Care, AI Care and AI Care Plus plans include a monthly allowance of SMS and email alerts.

Who gets which alert

Yes, by machine and by person. For each alert level, DHMSCare rules set how the alert is sent, by in-app message, app push, email, or SMS where local rules allow, and who receives it: the machine's owner or named people. Default rules cover every machine, and custom rules change this machine by machine.

Reports

DHMSCare produces daily condition-monitoring reports, weekly and monthly care reports, and AI diagnostic reports. Inspection reports are generated automatically, with every finding documented.

Weekly and monthly reports

Yes. DHMSCare generates weekly and monthly care reports on the AI Care and AI Care Plus plans, and they can be added to the Care plan. Reporting modules can also be bought separately for any plan.

A report for management

Yes. DHMSCare's AI diagnostic report sets out the fault, the evidence behind it and the recommended action in one structured document that you can share with management. AI diagnostic reports come with the AI Care and AI Care Plus plans.

Deployment

Cloud or on-premises for predictive maintenance: is my machine data safe if the server is abroad?

Both work; the real question is where the data sits and who can access it. DHMSCare keeps data for customers in China on nodes inside the Chinese mainland, so it does not leave the country, and central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room. The customer’s administrator decides who can see the data. DHMSCare uses this deployment and access model to keep machine data within the customer’s control.

HQ and overseas plants

Plants in China keep their data on nodes inside the Chinese mainland, and it does not leave the country; central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room. For overseas plants, contact us to agree the deployment per project.

No local server needed

No. DHMSCare runs on nodes inside the Chinese mainland, your data does not leave the country, and you do not need to set up a server of your own. Where a central or state-owned enterprise project needs on-premises deployment, DHMSCare supplies the application server and the AI server as standard.

On-premises deployment

Yes. For on-premises deployment DHMSCare supplies the application server and the AI server as standard; if you want to run it on your own servers, contact us first to agree the configuration. Organisations that must keep the whole system on their own premises, such as state-owned enterprises, can choose this option.

Air-gapped networks

No. DHMSCare does not support air-gapped operation, meaning a network with no connection to the internet at all. On-premises deployment is a separate option and is not the same as air-gapped operation.

Data and security

Who owns the data

Under DHMSCare's current Service Agreement, content users generate belongs to them. DHMSCare uses de-identified customer data only to optimize its service. If a subscription ends without renewal, DHMSCare keeps the data for 30 days and may then delete it. DHMSCare does not use your machine data to train models for other customers.

Security certifications

DHMSCare does not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. ISO 27001 is the international standard for managing information security, and SOC 2 is a US audit report on how a service protects customer data. Your data stays on nodes inside the Chinese mainland and does not leave the country; central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room.

Roles and permissions

Yes. Every DHMSCare plan includes account permission management, so an administrator decides what each user can see and do. The number of user accounts depends on the plan, and more accounts can be added. DHMSCare also keeps a change history for alert thresholds: who changed which value, when, from what to what, and why.

Where your data is kept

DHMSCare keeps your data on nodes inside the Chinese mainland, and it does not leave the country; central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, the standard that protects web traffic, and in the cloud it is also encrypted at rest by the cloud provider. Your administrator decides who can see it.

Gateway network setup

No inbound ports need to be opened: the DHMSCare gateway only makes outbound connections to the platform, over Ethernet or Wi-Fi on the DMG310, or Ethernet or 4G on the DMG311. Your IT team can go through the network setup with us when you apply to activate.
