DHMSCare
DHMSCare · Partner Recruitment Program

Grow a predictive maintenance business with DHMSCare.

DHMSCare partners sell, install and support our wireless vibration sensors, gateways and industrial AI agent in their own markets.

We provide the products, training, technical backup and a clear partner agreement.

DHMSCare's Chinese mainland and overseas businesses are operated separately, with separate accounts, platforms and after-sales support. Products are activated, connected to the platform and serviced under warranty only in the region where they were purchased. We do not support cross-region use. See Regional Use Notice.

Why now

Equipment failures rarely happen out of nowhere. Vibration, temperature and operating data start shifting weeks before a breakdown — DHMSCare turns those signals into maintenance decisions you can act on. For asset-heavy companies, the direct effect is:

40%–50%lower unplanned downtime
10%–20%more equipment uptime
5%–10%lower overall maintenance cost
20%–50%less time on maintenance

The market is moving in step: independent estimates put China’s intelligent equipment O&M market above one hundred billion yuan, growing at a CAGR of 35% or more.

Policy is pushing the same direction: Made in China 2025, the 14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing and the Internet + Work Safety plan all list intelligent O&M, fault prediction and fault diagnosis as key industrial-software technologies, with industry regulators following with their own normative documents.

What we look for

To bring these outcomes to more plants, we are recruiting three kinds of partners: distributors, system integrators and equipment manufacturers.

We partner with companies that already have the trust of industrial plants.

  • Registered companies with business scope covering product sales and services.
  • Real access to customers in the target region or industry.
  • A dedicated sales team.
  • A business plan for the territory.
  • Field engineers who can complete our certification.

What partners commit to

Whichever mode you choose, the rules come first — commitments and returns sit in the same agreement.

A partnership works when both sides know the rules. These commitments are set out in the partner agreement.

  • Annual plan — A first order and an annual sales plan, as set out in the partner agreement.
  • Local service — Your certified field engineers handle installation and first-line support for your customers.
  • Brand standards — Use DHMSCare materials and marks only as approved, and respect the pricing discipline set out in the agreement.

Three ways to partner

The tabs above answer who we work with. These three modes answer how we work together.

Regional partner

One prefecture-level region per partner — the customers and projects in that region are yours to work, without overlapping partners.

Industry partner

Own a vertical you know deeply — chemicals, mining or any other — and build your reputation on that expertise.

Project partner

Start with one specific project: light commitment, fast proof — decide on a long-term partnership after it works.

Partner benefits

Returns are not one-size-fits-all: the deeper the partnership, the more you get. Four benefit tiers follow.

How it works

From first contact to a first installed project takes five steps.

From first conversation to first installed project in five steps.

  1. 1Apply

Tell us about your company and the market you want to build.

  2. 2Screening call

We review your application, sign an NDA with you and walk through the territory and plan.

  3. 3Agreement

The partner agreement sets out your tier, territory and annual plan.

  4. 4Onboarding

Training and certification, your first order, and platform setup.

  5. 5First registered project

Register your first project, install with certified engineers, and bring the customer online.

System Integrators

Add machine health to the projects you already deliver. DHMSCare gives system integrators a complete predictive maintenance solution: wireless vibration sensors, gateways, a cloud platform and an AI agent for every machine.

Customer data stays on nodes inside the Chinese mainland and does not leave the country; central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room.

You keep the work your customers value most: design, installation, integration with SCADA, MES and CMMS, and ongoing service.

Terms for distributors, system integrators and OEMs are set out in the partner agreement.

Partner levels

Registered Integrator

Deliver DHMSCare project by project, with partner pricing, sales and product training, and remote technical support. Every new integrator starts here.

Certified Integrator

At least one of your engineers has passed the DHMSCare certification test, and you have delivered a DHMSCare project. You add deal registration and, as set out in the partner agreement, access to our vibration experts for project design and complex diagnoses.

Territory rule

Integrators do not hold territories. How projects inside an exclusive distributor territory are coordinated is set out in the partner agreement.

Benefits in this track

  • Partner pricing: Discounts from the catalog price on hardware and software subscriptions, set by level.
  • A subscription that renews: The software is billed per sensor per year, and the subscription renews every year. Your own service contracts come on top.
  • Deal registration (Certified Integrators): Registered projects are protected under the registration rules in the partner agreement.
  • Training and certification: Online training on products, installation, platform setup, basic diagnostics and integration. Engineers who pass the DHMSCare certification test are certified.
  • Open API: Every paid plan includes REST API read access. Bring devices, measurement points, alarms and diagnoses into your customer’s SCADA, MES, CMMS or historian.
  • Second-line support: Remote technical support, escalated by severity.
  • Expert advisory: As set out in the partner agreement, certified vibration analysts help you design monitoring plans and review complex cases.

FAQ

Do integrators have to resell DHMSCare?

No. Integrators usually resell DHMSCare as part of their project and buy at partner pricing. If a customer prefers to buy directly from DHMSCare, you can still deliver the installation and integration services.

How does DHMSCare connect to SCADA, MES or CMMS?

Through an open REST API, which every paid plan includes. Your engineers read devices, measurement points, alarms and diagnoses and write them into the customer’s systems. Dedicated connectors for systems such as SAP PM are delivered as a project.

How is DHMSCare priced?

DHMSCare is priced per plant by equipment and installation-point count, and integrators buy at partner pricing. You deliver installation, commissioning, integration and ongoing service to your customer; DHMSCare gives you product and installation training, engineer certification and remote technical support.

Who supports the end customer?

The integrator handles installation, commissioning and first-line support. DHMSCare provides remote second-line support with escalation by severity. Software updates and security patches come from DHMSCare during the subscription.

How is an integrator different from a distributor?

A distributor holds a territory and sells DHMSCare as a product line. An integrator uses DHMSCare inside the projects it delivers and has no territory commitment. You can apply for either role, or both.

Bring machine health into every project you deliver.

Apply as an integrator

Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)

Apply to partner

The process is clear — now all we need is your application.

Tell us about your company and the market you want to build. Our channel team reviews every application and replies by email.

Partners may sell and deliver only within the territory authorised by the partner agreement. Products sold across regions without authorisation will not be activated, connected to the platform or covered by warranty, and we will hold the partner accountable under the partner agreement.

We use these details only to assess your application. See our Privacy Policy.

Partners are independent companies.

Questions

Before you start, the questions we hear most are answered here.

Who can become a DHMSCare partner?

DHMSCare partners are registered companies that already sell to, install for or maintain equipment at industrial plants, such as automation distributors, system integrators and maintenance service firms. We look for real access to customers in the target region or industry, a dedicated sales team, field engineers who can complete our certification, and a business plan for the territory.

Does DHMSCare offer exclusive territories?

Yes, but exclusivity is earned rather than granted on signing. New partners start at the Star tier with a non-exclusive territory, and partners who build a track record and exceed their annual plan can apply to move up the tiers to an exclusive territory. Exclusivity is defined in the partner agreement, continues while the agreed commitments are met, and does not cover global or named accounts that DHMSCare serves directly.

How does partner pricing work?

Partners buy at a discount from the DHMSCare catalog price, and the discount is set by partner tier for both hardware and software subscriptions. Partners who meet their annual target also earn a performance rebate. Software subscriptions are billed per sensor per year. Partner pricing is shared after screening and under NDA, and partners agree not to publish prices or sell through online marketplaces.

How does deal registration work?

Submit a project registration, and protection starts after DHMSCare confirms it in writing. Protection is first-come, first-served and can be extended as milestones are met. False registrations, cross-territory selling or price violations cancel the protection.

Where is customer data hosted?

Customer data stays on nodes inside the Chinese mainland and does not leave the country; central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room. Customisation is assessed per project and is not available during the trial.

Who supports the end customer?

Partners handle installation, commissioning and first-line support. DHMSCare provides remote second-line support with escalation by severity. Software updates and security patches are provided by DHMSCare during the subscription term.
