DHMSCare
NEW · AI AGENT

Meet Mina.The industrial AI agent.

Ask in plain words, and Mina reads the live data, explains what is happening, and tells you what to do. It diagnoses vibration today — with temperature, current and pressure coming next — so one agent watches the whole machine, around the clock, in 11 languages.

Why teams choose DHMSCare
Our own wireless sensors, paired with AI that knows machines. Together they watch your equipment, catch faults early, and tell you what to do — from first reading to final diagnosis.

What DHMSCare does for you

Learns how it runs
The system picks up each machine’s real operating patterns and adjusts as conditions change — load, recipe, season.

Tells you when something is off
The moment a reading drifts out of normal, you get an alert — not a week later.

Predicts the failure
By reading the trend over time, the system forecasts where a fault is heading — so the fix lands before the failure does.

DHMSCare judges every machine against the baseline it learns from that machine's own vibration, so an alert means this machine has changed, not that it crossed a generic textbook line.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions buyers ask most.

What is DHMSCare?

DHMSCare is an industrial AI agent for predictive maintenance of rotating equipment: wireless vibration and temperature sensors, a smart gateway, and a cloud platform with AI fault diagnosis. DHMSCare is a health platform for industrial machines: it spots problems before they stop production. It pairs our own wireless sensors with AI that understands machines, so you get continuous monitoring, early alerts, and clear fault diagnosis — from first reading to final answer.

How long does it take to deploy DHMSCare?

A photo of the equipment lets the AI agent help set up the asset record and plan measuring points; DHMSCare’s 20+ person on-site implementation team then installs on site, and data collection starts once the sensors are on.

Where is DHMSCare deployed?

Data for customers in China stays on nodes inside the Chinese mainland and does not leave the country; central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room.

How long do the wireless sensor batteries last?

The DHMSCare DT310 and DT311 wireless sensors are maintenance-free, with a 5-year battery life (after activation) and an IP69 rating against dust and water.

We have no vibration engineer — can we still use DHMSCare well?

DHMSCare builds the machine model from one photo and explains faults in plain language, so no in-house vibration engineer is required.

How do I start on a small budget?

Start with a single production line, with no plant-wide retrofit: DHMSCare’s on-site implementation team installs it, and you expand line by line. Data stays on nodes inside the Chinese mainland, and central and state-owned enterprise projects can also run on-premises.
