What is DHMSCare?
DHMSCare is an industrial AI agent for predictive maintenance of rotating equipment: wireless vibration and temperature sensors, a smart gateway, and a cloud platform with AI fault diagnosis. DHMSCare is a health platform for industrial machines: it spots problems before they stop production. It pairs our own wireless sensors with AI that understands machines, so you get continuous monitoring, early alerts, and clear fault diagnosis — from first reading to final answer.
How well does DHMSCare catch faults?
In real plants, 90%+ of our anomaly alerts are accurate, and AI fault diagnosis stays at 85%+. That is enough to move teams from fixing breakdowns to preventing them.
Which industries does DHMSCare serve?
DHMSCare serves process industries such as chemicals, power, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceuticals, building materials and papermaking, plus continuous-production manufacturing including food & beverage, grain & oil, dairy, automotive, semiconductor and 3C electronics.
Does DHMSCare fit food, pharma, cement, mining, solar and chemical plants?
DHMSCare has dedicated solution pages for food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, concrete & cement, mining, solar manufacturing and chemicals, among 16 industries, and serves other process and continuous-production plants too.
What are the ways to monitor vibration, and which one is DHMSCare?
Besides DHMSCare, vibration monitoring usually comes in several forms: monitoring hardware bundled with the machines, a software-only analytics platform, or a custom integration delivered per project. Bundled hardware usually covers only newly bought machines of the same brand, a software platform needs you to buy and connect your own sensors, and a custom integration is billed per project. DHMSCare is another way: sensors, gateways, platform and AI agent as one complete system, chosen per production line and starting with one line.
Which machines should we monitor first?
DHMSCare starts with the machines you can least afford to stop and alerts you to their faults days ahead, so you fix the right machine first.
What does the DHMSCare wireless sensor measure?
The DT310 and DT311 wireless sensors read temperature and vibration on three axes and send it to the gateway. They are IP69-rated against dust and water and have a 5-year battery life (after activation).
How many sensors can one gateway handle?
The DMG310 smart gateway supports up to 60 sensors, gathering their readings and sending them to the DHMSCare platform over Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Is it hard to install or maintain?
No. The sensors run untouched for years and pair just by touching them with the app. You are up and running fast, with no wiring and no specialist.
Deployment
How long does it take to deploy DHMSCare?
A photo of the equipment lets the AI agent help set up the asset record and plan measuring points; DHMSCare’s 20+ person on-site implementation team then installs on site, and data collection starts once the sensors are on.
Do I need a local server for DHMSCare?
No. DHMSCare runs on nodes inside the Chinese mainland, and your data does not leave the country.
Where is DHMSCare deployed?
Data for customers in China stays on nodes inside the Chinese mainland and does not leave the country; central and state-owned enterprise projects can run on-premises in the customer’s own server room.
Can DHMSCare be deployed on-premises?
Yes. For on-premises deployment DHMSCare supplies the application server and the AI server as standard; if you want to run it on your own servers, contact us first to agree the configuration.
Does DHMSCare work at sites without Wi-Fi?
DHMSCare's DMG311 gateway uploads data over 4G or Ethernet, so plants without Wi-Fi can still be monitored; the DMG310 gateway uses Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Do we need to stop machines to install DHMSCare?
DHMSCare sensors bond to the bearing housing with industrial adhesive and pair by a simple touch through the mobile app, so installation requires no machine downtime.
How long do the wireless sensor batteries last?
The DHMSCare DT310 and DT311 wireless sensors are maintenance-free, with a 5-year battery life (after activation) and an IP69 rating against dust and water.
Pricing & getting started
How is DHMSCare priced?
DHMSCare is priced per plant by equipment and installation-point count, and you do not need to buy a local server.
How small can we start with DHMSCare?
You can start with a single production line — no plant-wide retrofit needed.
How do I start on a small budget?
Start with a single production line, with no plant-wide retrofit: DHMSCare’s on-site implementation team installs it, and you expand line by line. Data stays on nodes inside the Chinese mainland, and central and state-owned enterprise projects can also run on-premises.
Is DHMSCare worth it for a small plant with just a few machines?
DHMSCare starts from 10 sensors on a single production line, so a small plant gets predictive maintenance (spotting faults before they stop the machine) without a plant-wide retrofit, and DHMSCare’s on-site implementation team does the installation.
How quickly does DHMSCare pay for itself?
DHMSCare alerts you to faults days ahead and can start from a single production line, so the payback depends on how much unplanned downtime and repair cost it prevents. Use the DHMSCare ROI calculator to estimate payback for your own plant.
Support
We have no vibration engineer — can we still use DHMSCare well?
DHMSCare builds the machine model from one photo and explains faults in plain language, so no in-house vibration engineer is required.
Which languages does DHMSCare support?
DHMSCare's Mina industrial AI agent works in 11 languages, and the DHMSCare web console is available in Simplified Chinese and English.
Help center Q&A
Will a MEMS sensor catch the very first sign of bearing damage?
No. The first surface wear appears above 20 kHz, beyond the range of these sensors. DHMSCare picks up bearing wear once it starts making impacts, and from then on the trend shows how fast it grows.
Do we need a sensor on every bearing?
Plans start from one sensor per machine, placed near the bearing seat. You add sensors where a machine has more measuring points, such as a motor that drives a gearbox.
What about very slow bearings?
A slow shaft makes weaker impacts and turns less during each measurement. For slow machines, send us the shaft speed before you install, and we check which sensor suits it.
