An IC packaging and test company; DHMSCare monitors its pumps and motors.

Based in Nantong, Jiangsu, Tongfu Microelectronics provides integrated-circuit packaging and test services.
Packaging and test cleanrooms depend on reliable utility equipment; a pump failure affects the production environment.
Early wear on a magnetic-drive pump is hard to spot on inspection rounds.

Each magnetic-drive pump (750 W, 3450 rpm) carries two measuring points — the motor output end and the pump output end — and each Roots vacuum pump (7.5 kW, 2920 rpm) carries three — the motor drive end, the pump inlet end and the pump outlet end — with vibration and temperature collected together.
During monitoring, the surface temperature of one magnetic-drive pump rose from an average of 50 °C to 57 °C and its vibration severity increased 40% against the baseline; both indicators kept trending up and triggered a trend warning.
The customer put the pump on the priority tracking list and maintained it during the overhaul; the root cause was confirmed as process by-product deposits breaking the rotor balance and increasing friction.
The Roots vacuum pumps stayed within their normal vibration and temperature ranges at every measuring point, with no abnormal alarms, keeping the line running continuously.
Vibration data from the pumps, motors and other driven equipment is sampled on a fixed schedule and compared with each asset's own baseline on the platform; an alert goes out when a change is confirmed.
Each asset's vibration trend and diagnostic conclusions are filed with the asset on the platform, so maintenance handovers no longer depend on paper records.
