A food manufacturer running cooking-kettle motors and immersion circulation pumps on its lines

BEIJING JTM INTERNATIONAL FOOD CO.,LTD. is a food manufacturer. In the DHMS2025-33-BJ project, DHMSCare deployed 10 DT310 wireless vibration sensors and a DMG311 data terminal on its A/B production lines, covering 8 cooking-kettle motors and 2 immersion circulation pumps.
The cooking and immersion stages of food lines depend on continuous operation of the kettle motors and circulation pumps. If one of these machines stops, the whole line halts and the material being processed is scrapped.
Kettle motors and circulation pumps run continuously in a humid, steamy workshop. Bearings and seals degrade faster, while traditional manual inspections are too infrequent to quantify early changes.
A failed kettle motor or circulation pump stops the line, and the material being processed may be scrapped in full batches.
Relying on periodic manual checks, early changes in bearings and seals are hard to spot before a breakdown.
Machines running in a humid, corrosive environment age faster; manual checks cannot quantify the rate of wear.
