Is DHMSCare designed for CNC machine-tool monitoring?
No. DHMSCare is not a CNC machine-tool monitoring system; it monitors the health of rotating equipment such as motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans and compressors, and does not monitor the cutting process. CNC (computer numerical control) monitoring tracks the machining itself, such as tool wear and part accuracy.
DHMSCare looks after the machines that keep the rest of the plant running.
What DHMSCare is built for
Wireless sensors on bearing housings measure vibration and temperature. DHMSCare learns each machine's normal pattern and reports when that pattern starts to change.
That approach suits machines a plant cannot afford to stop: motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes and compressors. Common findings are bearing wear, misalignment, imbalance and looseness.
Why the cutting process is a different job
Cutting creates its own vibration, and that vibration belongs to the process. Judging tool wear or part accuracy needs a system made for the machine tool.
DHMSCare monitors the health of rotating equipment; it does not monitor the cutting process itself. It makes no machine-tool spindle claim.
What this means in an auto parts plant
Around the machining area, DHMSCare covers the motors, hydraulic pump units, compressors, pumps and fans. In the automotive case on our site, DHMSCare monitors industrial motors of all sizes.
Its AI fault diagnosis holds at 85%+ in real plants, so findings on these machines come with a cause and a next step your team can trust.

Questions buyers also ask
What should we use for tool wear?
Use a CNC or tool-monitoring system made for your machine tools. DHMSCare does not measure tool wear, spindle load or part accuracy.
Which machines in our plant fit DHMSCare?
The rotating machines that support production fit best: motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans and compressors. The help page on stamping presses, hydraulic units and compressors shows where sensors go in a press shop.
Can DHMSCare stop a machine when it finds a fault?
No. DHMSCare is a monitoring system, not a machine-protection system, so it does not trip or stop machines automatically. People decide when to stop a machine.
