Founded in 2002, Qinhuangdao Hongxing Steel Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive private steel enterprise. The challenge
The steel industry is a fundamental sector of the national economy, responsible for supplying raw materials to multiple industries. Its production processes are highly complex and require continuous operation under high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-load conditions, placing extremely high demands on equipment precision and stability, which directly affect product quality and production safety.
Blast Furnace: Used to reduce iron ore into molten iron, requiring precise temperature control and gas flow stability.
Basic Oxygen Furnace: Used to convert molten iron into steel, requiring highly accurate oxygen flow control and temperature regulation.
Continuous Casting Machine: Used to cast molten steel into billets, requiring a stable cooling system and high mold precision.
Strict Requirements for Production Continuity
Unplanned downtime disrupts steelmaking continuity, and molten steel retained in equipment may solidify or develop defects.
Weak Early-Warning Mechanisms
Long inspection intervals make early faults difficult to detect, and early abnormalities in bearings, furnace linings, or pumps may be overlooked.
