Producer of high-purity, low-energy-consumption polysilicon for solar and electronic applications

Located in the renowned polysilicon base of the central and western regions — the Ordos Qipanjing Industrial Park, Inner Mongolia ERDOS Polysilicon Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the famous Erdos Group. It is a high-tech, green manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and operation of high-quality polysilicon products, with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of polysilicon.
Polysilicon production is a core upstream process in the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries, involving purification and processing of high-purity silicon. It requires continuous operation in ultra-clean environments with complex processes and extremely high requirements for temperature, pressure, and purity control.
Reduction Furnace: Used to reduce silane gas into polysilicon, requiring extremely precise temperature control and gas flow stability.
Purification Column: Purifies silicon materials through chemical reactions, requiring stable internal pressure and temperature.
Wafer Slicing Machine: Cuts silicon ingots into wafers, requiring high precision of cutting tools and highly stable cutting speed.
Unplanned downtime disrupts polysilicon production continuity, and high-purity silicon retained in equipment is easily contaminated or degraded.
Long inspection intervals make early faults difficult to detect, and early abnormalities in seals, pipelines, or pumps may be overlooked.
High-temperature and high-load conditions accelerate component degradation, causing heating elements and internal assemblies to wear more rapidly and making early changes difficult to detect through manual inspection.
