Why does DHMSCare cost less than the big vendors’ solutions? Is something cut?
DHMSCare keeps the total cost down with its own hardware and a standardised system: priced by machines and measuring points, cloud-based, no local server. The price is lower because selection and diagnosis are a standard product, not project labour. Nothing is cut: IP69 sensors, IP65 gateways, component-level diagnosis.
A different cost structure
Big-vendor solutions are usually delivered by project, with site services and custom development inside the project. DHMSCare is a standard product: sensors stick on, the selection rules are public, and the AI agent does the diagnosis, so labour costs are lower.
Specifications you can check
The key figures are published on each model page: frequency response, range, protection rating and battery life, and the full spec sheet comes to your company email on request. DT310 covers 0–6000 Hz, DT311 is for enclosed metal structures, and DT400/DT420 handle a high range of ±60 g. If in doubt, compare them line by line.
Diagnosis is not cut
The AI agent Mina diagnoses to the component and recommends an action. That has nothing to do with price; it is standard in the product.
