We do not have a big company’s maintenance team. Will we be able to use the system?
DHMSCare is designed for plants without a dedicated vibration analyst: sensors stick on and are bound with a tap in the app; each alert comes with a component-level diagnosis and recommended action from the AI agent Mina, which maintenance staff follow; and the system sets when to recheck. It gives a diagnosis on installation day, with no months-long learning period.
Installation needs no specialist
Sensors stick near the bearing housing, the gateway mounts on a wall, and a tap in the phone app binds each measuring point. DHMSCare’s own on-site team does the installation; the team of more than 20 people has carried out implementations for nearly a hundred large enterprises.
Alerts reach the right people
Alerts reach the staff on duty through the platform and the app, with the diagnosis and recommended action attached, so nobody has to open the software to look for a spectrum.
Rechecks on a schedule
Every diagnosis comes with a recheck schedule, so the maintenance team follows the system’s timing rather than relying on experience.
