How long from selection to go-live, and do we have to stop production?
Short answer
No stoppage is needed: DHMSCare sensors stick near the bearing housing and the gateway mounts on a wall, with no change to the machines or controls; the go-live date follows the machine count. The industry pages publish each machine’s measuring points and each line’s sensor count, so the plan is set before the first call.
No changes to install
Adhesive-mounted sensors, a wall-mounted gateway and binding in the app: no stoppage, no wiring and no change to existing systems at any point.
Selection done in advance
The industry pages publish the measuring-point list and sensor count for each industry, starting from the minimum setup for one line, so the plan is transparent.
A diagnosis on day one
A diagnosis is available on installation day. Later extensions go line by line, each on an agreed date.
