How does DHMSCare pricing work, and how do I buy it?
DHMSCare is quoted per plant: you buy the sensors and gateways, then pay an annual software subscription per sensor. We size the sensors and the plan with you, then send a written quote.
How DHMSCare pricing works
What it costs: DHMSCare is quoted per plant: you buy the sensors and gateways, then pay an annual software subscription per sensor. We size the sensors and the plan with you, then send a written quote.
Per sensor, per machine or per plant: DHMSCare software is priced per sensor, per year, and plans default to one sensor per machine, adjustable to the measuring points each machine needs. One sensor uses one seat on your plan.
Why per sensor, per year: DHMSCare charges per sensor, per year, so the price follows what you monitor: each sensor is a point the platform watches and analyses every day. Start with one line and you pay for one line; add sensors and the subscription grows with them.
Hidden costs: None. The quote lists the sensor and gateway hardware, the per-sensor platform subscription and the implementation service provided to the project’s needs (implementation is charged as its own line in the quote); custom system connectors or extras beyond your plan are also listed separately in the quote. Extras are the add-ons below, such as more user accounts or longer data retention.
Installation: Installation is done by DHMSCare’s own 20+ person on-site implementation team to the project’s needs, licensed for intelligent-electronics and electromechanical installation work; implementation is charged as its own line in the quote. Sensors bond on without modifying the machine and pair with a tap in the app. If you buy through a partner, the partner installs on site as its own service.
System integration: Reading your data through the DHMSCare REST API, a standard interface for your own software, is included in every plan. A dedicated connector to a system such as SAP PM is quoted separately as a project.
Multi-year subscriptions: Yes. DHMSCare subscriptions can be signed for several years at once; ask us for a multi-year quote.
How to pay: DHMSCare is paid in full in advance, and we ship the sensors and gateways as soon as payment arrives. We do not offer credit terms.
Plan comparison
What each plan includes: DHMSCare offers three plans. Care covers condition monitoring, alerts, AI monitoring and automatic daily reports, with Mina Air; AI Care adds AI fault diagnosis and weekly and monthly reports, with Mina Pro; and AI Care Plus adds unlimited automatic diagnosis and the longest data retention, with Mina Ultra.
Users: Care includes 10 user accounts, AI Care 15 and AI Care Plus 20, and more accounts can be added to any plan.
Data retention: While you subscribe, DHMSCare keeps your monitoring data for 6 months on Care, 12 months on AI Care and 24 months on AI Care Plus, and longer retention can be added. What happens to data after a subscription ends is answered in the questions below.
Adding sensors and plants: Yes. DHMSCare starts with one line and grows by adding sensors and gateways, with users and data retention scaling by plan as you add lines or plants. You can move to a higher plan at any time from your Mina workspace.
Several plants in one account: Yes. Several plants can sit in one DHMSCare account, with one overview across all of them.
Sensors and gateways
Bought or included: DHMSCare sensors and gateways are bought as hardware, and the software is a separate annual subscription per sensor. DT and DMG hardware carries a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Hardware only: Yes. DHMSCare sensors and gateways can be ordered on their own, while monitoring, alerts and AI diagnosis on the DHMSCare platform run on a subscription plan. If you already have DHMSCare sensors, tell us when you apply to activate a plan.
Start small
Small plants: DHMSCare starts from 10 sensors on one production line, so a small plant gets predictive maintenance without a plant-wide retrofit and is quoted only for that line’s equipment and installation points. Predictive maintenance means spotting a machine fault early from its data, so you repair it before it breaks down.
The smallest start: You can start with a single production line — no plant-wide retrofit needed. A first line needs at least 10 sensors and one gateway.
Trial and pilot
Free trial: No. DHMSCare offers a trial discount instead, available on request. Ask for it when you apply to activate a plan.
Pilot success criteria: Agree three things before a DHMSCare pilot starts: which machines and faults it should cover, how many of its alerts your team confirms as real, and how much downtime or repair cost it helps you avoid. A one-line pilot on your most critical machines gives a clear answer to all three.
Pilot and full rollout: A trial discount is available on request for a first DHMSCare deployment. Tell us your rollout plan when you apply, and we size the pilot and the full deployment together in one written quote.
How activation works
Buying online: No. DHMSCare is not sold through an online shop: you apply to activate on this page or contact us, and we confirm the plan and sensors within 1 business day. We then send a written quote.
Operating or capital expense: The DHMSCare software is an annual subscription, which companies usually book as an operating expense, while the sensors and gateways are a one-time hardware purchase. Your finance team decides how to book each part.
Questions buyers also ask
How do I choose a plan and get activated?
Submit an activation request on this page and we activate within 1 business day. For large projects and distribution partnerships, please contact us.
How is the subscription billed?
Subscriptions are per sensor, per year, across 3 plans: Care, AI Care and AI Care Plus. Apply to activate on the plans page; large fleets and distributors, please contact us.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from your Mina workspace at any time; usage already counted this month carries over.
What happens when a monthly allowance runs out?
Alarms and automatic daily reports always continue. Questions queue and run more slowly, on-demand reports need a report pack, and expert reviews switch to standard mode with a clear label.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can stop at the end of your subscription term by not renewing. To end a subscription before its term is over, the terms in your service contract apply.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Under DHMSCare's current Service Agreement, content users generate belongs to them. DHMSCare uses de-identified customer data only to optimize its service. If a subscription ends without renewal, DHMSCare keeps the data for 30 days and may then delete it.
How accurate is the diagnosis?
Platform base diagnosis (rules + models) runs at 85%+ accuracy; the industrial AI agent's multi-expert review lifts it to 90%+, up from the platform's 85%+.
