Can DHMSCare monitor fillers, homogenizers, conveyors and refrigeration compressors on a beverage line?
Yes. DHMSCare monitors filler motors, conveyor drives, pumps, cooling fans and compressors on beverage lines, and already runs on filling and mixing lines at food and beverage plants. A beverage line runs only as fast as its slowest machine.
When a filler motor or a conveyor drive stops, the machines before and after it wait too.
Why line machines stop without warning
On a filling line, a worn motor, gearbox or pump bearing can stop the line. Wear, imbalance or a loose mounting changes the vibration long before the machine fails.
An inspection round sees each machine for a few minutes a day. A DT310 sensor measures automatically on its own schedule, through every shift.
How DHMSCare covers the line
Sensors go on the bearing housings of filler motors, conveyor drives, pumps, cooling fans and refrigeration compressors. Each machine is compared with its own learned normal pattern, and Mina, the industrial AI agent, says what to inspect and fix.
Homogenizers are high-pressure piston machines. On them, DHMSCare monitors the motor and the drive, and it makes no diagnosis of the piston side.
What to expect on site
Washdown does not stop the sensors: they are IP69-rated for dust and high-pressure water jets. Installation needs no downtime, and a first line can start with 10 sensors and one gateway.
At a beverage plant, the plant reported overall equipment effectiveness (OEE, the share of planned time a line makes good product) rising from 82.3% to 89.7%. It also reported mean time to repair falling from 3.5 hours to 45 minutes.
