Our machines already have temperature and vibration ports. Do we still need wireless sensors?
Built-in channels mostly serve trip alarms with no trend or diagnosis, and older machines often have no such ports. DHMSCare’s adhesive-mounted sensors add continuous vibration and temperature monitoring to any rotating machine without touching existing ports, so old and new machines share one platform.
What built-in ports do
Built-in vibration and temperature measurement usually serves protection: alarm or stop when a limit is crossed. It answers "is it over the limit now", not "is it getting worse, and where".
What about older machines
Many pumps, fans and conveyors in a plant have no monitoring ports. DHMSCare sensors stick on without modifying the machine, bringing these machines into online monitoring too.
The data has to be kept
DHMSCare stores the three-axis vibration and temperature trends on the platform, and the AI agent diagnoses from those trends. Data from built-in ports that never reaches the same system shows only instantaneous values.
