Why does DHMSCare judge every machine against its own baseline?
DHMSCare sets alert levels from each machine's own learned normal pattern, its baseline, and uses ISO 10816/20816, the international vibration-severity standards, only as a starting reference and to describe severity. This is why the same vibration level can be normal on one machine and a warning on another. Because every machine is judged against its own history, DHMSCare alerts are both few and accurate, which is what makes a maintenance plan trustworthy.
