Yes. DHMSCare’s adhesive-mounted sensors do not depend on the old system’s interfaces, so it runs as a system of its own and the two sets of data stay apart. A common approach: trial it on one line or a few critical machines, compare alerts and diagnoses on the same machines, then decide how far to extend.
Running side by side
DHMSCare sensors are adhesive-mounted and connect over Bluetooth. They do not connect to your PLC, DCS or third-party monitoring system, so going live does not touch a single wire of what you already have.
How to verify
Install DHMSCare on a few critical machines first and compare its alerts with the existing system: which one catches the problem first, and how specific is the diagnosis. Both systems run at the same time during the check without affecting each other.
What comes next
If the results satisfy you, extend DHMSCare line by line, or keep it running alongside the existing system in particular workshops. The go-live date is agreed by the number of machines.
