Customer first: DHMSCare goes live at Pan-United in Singapore
DHMS completed a DHMSCare installation and training programme at Pan-United in Singapore, moving unplanned-downtime risk upstream.

The DHMS team arrived in Singapore and visited Pan-United to install and support DHMSCare on site. The trip was another practical expression of DHMS's customer-first approach.
About Pan-United. Singapore's skyline and infrastructure depend on concrete that arrives on time and at consistent quality.
As one of Singapore's important ready-mix concrete suppliers, Pan-United has supplied landmark projects including Changi Airport and Gardens by the Bay.

In this critical delivery chain, Pan-United sets extremely high operational requirements: unplanned downtime is not acceptable, because any unexpected stop can ripple through production rhythm, transport scheduling and project delivery.

The goal of the visit was clear: go to the site, understand the operating conditions, focus on pain points, and use verifiable data and explainable conclusions to move risk upstream, turning downtime from something that just happens into something preventable and plannable.
We want the certainty of equipment health to support the certainty of city-building delivery.

Customer first: making technology genuinely useful. The 4,000-plus kilometres from Suzhou to Singapore do not stop DHMS from serving customers.

On arrival, the technical team surveyed the installation environment in detail and developed a deployment plan tailored to Pan-United's production rhythm and operating conditions.
DHMS believes that customer first is not only delivering a product, but helping the customer use it well and keep getting value from it.

Beyond installation and commissioning, the team made knowledge sharing and operator training a core part of the delivery: from the logic behind key parameter settings to recommended daily inspection and alert-response workflows, and from analysis approaches in typical scenarios to points to watch, the team handed over methods that work.

DHMS knows that technology only delivers stable value when customers truly master the product. This approach, delivering not just a product but capability, is at the heart of DHMS's customer-centric service.
The DHMSCare story continues. The smooth progress at Pan-United is another solid overseas deployment for DHMSCare, and more stories are being written as more overseas customers discover and choose it.

Looking ahead, DHMSCare will reach more factories, countries and industries. We will keep tracking every machine, listening to every customer's feedback and responding with evolving products and service. The journey continues, and the story is far from over.

DHMSCare moves forward with customers around the world.
