DHMS at the 2nd Non-Ferrous Smart Factory Conference
DHMS returned to the 2nd Non-Ferrous Smart Factory Conference to share O&M practices and showcase online equipment monitoring.

The 2nd Non-Ferrous Smart Factory Conference was held in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
The event was jointly hosted by the National Key Laboratory of Intelligent Optimisation Manufacturing for Mining and Metallurgy Processes, Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet, the National Aluminium-Magnesium Electrolysis Equipment Engineering Technology Research Centre, the National Aluminium Smelting Engineering Technology Research Centre and the Design and Research Institute of Kunming University of Science and Technology, and organised by Northern Zhongye (Beijing) Engineering Consulting.

As a technology company focused on intelligent O&M for industrial equipment, Suzhou DHMS Information Technology Co., Ltd. (DHMS) was invited back after last year's appearance.
The company brought its latest technology and industry solutions to the event, joining academicians, industry leaders, research experts and mining and metallurgy company representatives to explore digital transformation and high-quality development under the theme Digital and intelligent empowerment, green integration: building new quality productive forces in the non-ferrous industry.

Focusing on intelligent O&M to build a new equipment-management paradigm.

During the conference, DHMS's technical director, an internationally certified Level 3 vibration analyst, delivered a keynote titled Applications of Intelligent O&M Technology for Industrial Equipment Across Industries.

He noted that, as the non-ferrous industry accelerates new quality productive forces, the intelligence of equipment management directly affects safety, efficiency and cost.
He stressed that intelligent O&M, by combining real-time data collection, intelligent diagnostic algorithms and predictive-maintenance strategies, enables full-lifecycle management of critical equipment and lowers unplanned-downtime risk.

This provides a solid digital foundation for safe, efficient and green production and is an important support for the industry's move toward high-end, intelligent and green operations.

Hard technology for smart factories. In the exhibition area, DHMS focused on online equipment-monitoring solutions for the non-ferrous industry.
The solution captures subtle changes in equipment condition and closes the loop from data collection to fault alerts, addressing the traditional pain points of can't see it, can't get there in time and can't control it.

By improving reliability and energy efficiency, it is becoming a key technology for non-ferrous companies building smart factories and pursuing green, low-carbon transformation.

Continued focus, new momentum.

The conference was not only a chance to reconnect with old and new friends in the non-ferrous industry, but also a practical example of DHMS's continued work in mining and metallurgy and its use of technology to serve national priorities.
Looking ahead, DHMS will keep pursuing its mission to make industry safer, more efficient and smarter, focus on core industry needs and keep improving its O&M solutions, contributing to China's progress from a large non-ferrous producer to a strong one.
