DHMS named a 2022 Industrial Internet APP Excellent Solution

To implement the State Council's guiding opinions on deepening the integration of the internet with advanced manufacturing and developing the industrial internet, and to promote exemplary practices and the industrial internet APP ecosystem, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently carried out the selection of excellent industrial internet APP solutions for 2022.

After a systematic evaluation by MIIT covering overall project strength, key technology innovation, economic and social benefits and industrialisation value, DHMS's self-developed solution for full-lifecycle equipment management and predictive maintenance was selected as a Industrial Internet APP Excellent Solution.

The solution uses industrial internet as its technical framework and equipment data as its centre, applying DHMS's eLMS equipment lifecycle management system to manage assets intelligently from acquisition through use to remanufacturing or scrapping.

During operation, DHMS's equipment online monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system monitors vibration and temperature at critical components with high-precision smart sensors around the clock.

Combined with operating parameters, it builds multi-parameter diagnostic models, analyses equipment condition and fault trends, and uses intelligent alerts to push status and fault causes to equipment managers in real time, enabling predictive maintenance, improving intelligent management and supporting high-quality industry development.
