DHMS V3.0: seven upgrades for industrial safety
DHMS V3.0 launched with seven upgraded capabilities, from AI fault analysis and smart inspection routes to security auditing and open data access.

Celebrating the national day together, and marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, DHMS drew on courage and persistence to launch DHMS V3.0, offering a striving tribute to a new era of industrial interconnection.
Guided by customer value, DHMS V3.0 focuses on seven major functional upgrades to safeguard industrial safety.
Machine learning raises intelligent fault analysis to a new level: a deep-learning fault prediction model makes prediction more accurate and management more efficient; an upgraded bearing fault diagnosis subsystem makes bearing faults impossible to hide; a smarter fault knowledge base search engine improves the value of the database; and AI strengthens the vibration analysis toolkit, making data analysis twice as effective.
Customer first, with many improvements to meet real needs: from ESB enterprise service bus to database integration, the system deeply connects enterprise information systems with production automation; highly customisable interfaces, modules and settings fit existing user habits; and from fault alarms to maintenance work orders, escalation notifications and closely linked processes use data to ensure management standards are executed and KPIs improve.
Full equipment coverage: the intelligent inspection solution addresses the pain points of managing small and medium equipment.
From online monitoring to manual inspection, it covers large, medium and small equipment so customers stay informed and worry-free; smart inspection devices with a professional inspection app greatly reduce workload and make inspection enjoyable; reliable GPS positioning and RFID double confirmation ensure no equipment is missed and every action is recorded; and flexible inspection and maintenance planning software makes non-periodic plans manageable, presenting every task to the right person.
Flexible organisation management for very large group structures and small businesses: improved organisation, role and permission design can be flexibly configured; a powerful authorisation engine makes decisions based on business and role attributes; and a permission-based interface architecture makes use easier and more focused.
Information security auditing protects data confidentiality, integrity and availability: all access and data traffic is tracked and recorded, making security visible; an isolated audit database cannot modify or delete operation logs; and single sign-on, anti-fraud and anti-replay measures are combined.
Open, mutually beneficial data services: the system embraces mainstream IIoT data access mechanisms, supports application protocols including OPC UA, MQTT and REST API as well as traditional OPC DA, MBus and RS485, and strictly manages third-party account authorisation, device access permissions and data storage quotas.
Human-centred design for easier operation and simpler management: more than 100 usability improvements based on customer needs; big data, deep learning and NLP help customers save management time; and multi-device synchronisation and a mobile-first approach put the latest O&M status in your hands anywhere, anytime.
