A strong finish: DHMS at CIIF 2019
DHMS brought its integrated solution to the 21st China International Industry Fair, showing intelligent inspection and lifecycle maintenance.
The 21st China International Industry Fair was held in Shanghai.
As a benchmark exhibition for Chinese industry, CIIF 2019 was themed Intelligent and connected: empowering new industrial development, with nine professional zones, 2,610 exhibitors and 180,000 visitors.
DHMS brought its integrated DHMS solution to empower the industrial internet, combining smart sensors, edge computing, cloud computing, big data and fault diagnosis technology.
It appeared at the new-generation information technology and applications exhibition, demonstrating intelligent equipment inspection and full-lifecycle O&M management on site, winning wide praise from industry professionals.
DHMS used a rotating machinery vibration test platform to demonstrate the DHMS system's working state in equipment O&M throughout the day. The 360-degree product demonstration became a focus of the show, attracting many guests.
At CIIF, DHMS exhibited a series of self-developed products including the smart inspection device, low-frequency monitor (vibration/temperature), high-frequency monitor (vibration/temperature) and equipment condition monitor.
These terminal products connect seamlessly with the DHMS equipment safety and reliability management system, giving industrial companies full coverage of both online and offline monitoring of important equipment and ensuring safe, stable operation.
The booth showed the DHMS cloud platform on multiple screens. Visitors could clearly see key information such as equipment condition data, historical parameter data, future parameter trends, alerts and diagnostic reports.
During the show, visitors from China and abroad came to the booth to ask questions, visit and exchange views.
They discussed the core technology and commercialisation of DHMS's equipment safety and reliability management system and praised its intelligent inspection, condition monitoring, fault warning and fault diagnosis.
