New future, new journey: DHMS 2020 year-end gala
DHMS held its 2020 year-end gala and employee awards under the theme New future, new journey, bringing the company together.
The Suzhou DHMS 2020 year-end gala and outstanding employee awards were held at the Nikko Hotel in the High-Tech District. The chairman, leaders at all levels, guests and all employees arrived in formal dress to welcome the new year with hope and expectation.
The theme was New future, new journey, joy in the Year of the Rat, expressing the wish that DHMS people stay united, carry forward the past and write a brilliant new chapter.
Check-in used a themed jigsaw: each guest picked a piece, signed their name and a wish on the back and placed it in position, completing a New Year greeting picture and embodying the spirit of cooperation.
Each guest received a gift and entered the hall. At 5:20 pm, after video greetings from leaders and colleagues, two energetic hosts took the stage and the evening began.
The chairman delivered the New Year address. He congratulated the company on its achievements, thanked colleagues for their hard work, expressed high hopes for a strong year ahead and sent the team and their families his best New Year wishes.
We achieved a great deal: DHMS V3.5 was launched with high quality, thanks to the entire R&D team and the support of colleagues on the Shandong DHMS project. We are ready for a new journey.
Facing good opportunities and many challenges in the industrial internet, we will meet difficulties head-on, invest with high spirits in product development and market expansion, deepen our work in mining and expand in steel and metallurgy, aiming to double performance.
How could a wonderful evening lack performances? Colleagues who had prepared for more than a month showed their talents. Let us revisit this feast of sight and sound.
An opening dance warmed up the room; a chorus of Cantonese classics passed on belief, ideals and persistence; a contagious shoulder dance left the audience laughing; a creative musical portrayed a migrant worker's musical dream; a heartfelt song celebrated our patriotic dream; a group of lively performers danced the Wild Wolf Disco and lit up the room; and a final song wished everyone a brighter tomorrow and DHMS a thriving future.
Looking back, outstanding representatives emerged across project implementations.
They brought passion to their work, worked steadily in their roles, took customer responsibility seriously, showed dedication in the team and kept breaking through, playing a backbone role and contributing to DHMS's development.
The most exciting moment was the lucky draw, with surprise after surprise. May we pass this luck to everyone and enjoy a fortunate year ahead.
The game Spot the Difference was a highlight this year: tasters could act convincingly, while guessers relied on sharp eyes.
Performances and games pushed the dinner to one peak after another. Amid clinking glasses and laughter, the DHMS 2020 year-end gala came to a close. Today's light is tomorrow's lighthouse, guiding us as we set sail; a new journey brings new hope.
Let us join hands and create new brilliance.
