Aiming high: DHMS 2024 New Year message

As a new year begins, I would like to extend, on behalf of the DHMS team, my warmest greetings and best wishes to all our customers, partners and shareholders.

Su Shi once wrote: Attack the hardest and aim for the farthest. Winter became a keyword across industries and brought great challenges to DHMS's operations and growth.

Yet with a clear long-term direction, the DHMS team stayed focused, embraced change and responded with change, strengthening our 4C values — Customer First, Creative, Collaborative and Commitment — and preserving the momentum of steady development.

Looking back, we adapted our organisation to market changes, focused on core business, strengthened collaboration, improved efficiency and optimised our layout. Market, customer, product and management performance all made breakthroughs.

Planning ahead and moving with recognition. DHMS received many honours, with recognition across company development, product innovation and customer practice.

We were named a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Jiangsu specialised, refined, distinctive and innovative SME, entered the Jiangsu list of such software companies, saw the DHMS equipment health management and fault diagnosis cloud platform named a Jiangsu excellent industrial software product, and had customer projects recognised by the China Coal Industry Association and in the National Energy Administration's national coal-mine smart-building case collection.

DHMS appeared at major international events including the Shanghai CIIF, the Beijing International Coal Exhibition and the Beijing Mineral Processing Conference.

We were invited to give keynote speeches at energy, non-ferrous and chemical industry forums, discussing new developments and trends in equipment management and showing the influence of our products.

Win-win cooperation. DHMS deepened cooperation with several well-known energy companies, adding thousands of monitored machines.

While consolidating its lead in coal, we increased our share in chemicals, non-ferrous metals and power, and partnered with many strong integrators and agents.

We thank all partners for their trust. DHMS will continue to pursue its mission to make industry safer, equipment more reliable and management simpler, embrace the opportunities and challenges of global Industry 4.

Product updates. Since our founding, DHMS has focused on research and application in industrial equipment safety and reliability management.

Our product line was fully upgraded: eLMS equipment lifecycle management, the DHMS online monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system, and the eIIS intelligent inspection system were all optimised around real customer use.

We are committed to the best possible service.

We increased investment in our algorithms department and set up a diagnosis and training laboratory to simulate more complex customer scenarios and improve model capability, returning better accuracy, speed and service to our customers.

The terminal products in our wireless online monitoring and mobile monitoring solutions now have open interfaces and can connect to third-party IoT platforms.

We are ready to share our technology and resources with more partners and open up broader markets together.

This year we saw the wave of AI development and application. Landmark products such as ChatGPT are already influencing how people live and work.

Digital technology brings new perspectives and challenges to every industry, drives resource reorganisation, structural reshaping and industrial upgrading, and plays an important role in changing the global competitive landscape.

The blue ocean of intelligence and digitalisation is vast, and the future belongs to us.

China is in a critical period of transformation, the domestic economy faces significant pressure and industry growth has slowed. This is both a challenge and an opportunity.

DHMS will use this time to add depth to its products and breadth to its solutions, keep the customer at the centre, iterate and upgrade products and strengthen core competitiveness.

A new year is about to begin.
